The average timeframe for professionally organizing 1 large room is 6-10 hours, but is subject to change based on your specific circumstances. Typically if projects exceed 10 hours, we will return the following day to complete the job, however we are able to accommodate longer days if planned in advance.

Description:
Moving? We can come pack for you. Every box will be packed safely, labelled accordingly, and sorted in a way that makes sense so that unpacking is a breeze when you arrive at your new place. If you need boxes, bubble wrap or other packing supplies, let us know in advance and we will provide the necessary materials (for an additional charge).
If you would like assistance with unpacking after arriving at your new home, whether that is the same day or another, we would be happy to help! Our service rate would switch over to “professional organizing” and we will turn your new home into your dream home.

Description:
Not everyone lives in Ontario and not everyone needs the full professional organizing package. But perhaps we can interest you in a virtual consultation. Speak with the owner directly for 30 minutes and he will give you all his insight into how to organize your space, what systems to use, and answer any general questions you may have.
Our Process
Our detailed process in Professional Organizing

First, we consult directly with our clients to understand how you want your home to look and feel, because at the end of the day, if it doesn’t make sense to you then it won’t maintain its organized form. The key is to work collaboratively at the beginning of each project and communicate at stages throughout so that we can truly envision what is necessary for each space and how you want it to operate.

Next, we gather everything needed for each space and categorize it. After we have a proper understanding of what needs to fit in the space, we look at what organizing units you already have and decide if anything more needs to be purchased. If you approve, we will purchase additional items for the space, though we are always in communication with our clients before anything is bought. Sometimes everything needed to make it look stunning is already owned by our clients, which simply makes our job easier.

Afterwards, we go through the process of donating and discarding. This will not apply to every project, but we find that there is often a certain amount of clutter that can be tossed. Naturally, this process involves you. Before any decisions are made, we will have a dialogue to discuss what is used regularly, seldom, and never. Just because something is never used does not mean we need to throw it away, but perhaps it should be relocated to a lesser-used space. All these decisions will be made in this step!

Now that we know what is here to stay, we have our final tally on what each space will hold. This is where the organizing magic takes place. We label and bin items where necessary, display what is used regularly and conceal what is not. Everything is completed in a methodical fashion to ensure that it not only looks beautiful—it functions beautifully.
